As you know, we offer a unique set menu and are particularly attentive to your desire to experience a Chef’s distinct cuisine. You’ll understand that our Chef, in the name of authentic French gastronomy, prefers to focus on precise cooking and respecting flavors for your satisfaction, rather than simultaneously adapting (and risking dissatisfying everyone) to vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free diets, or for those who consume neither meat nor fish. In certain cases, our menu can be slightly adjusted to accommodate minor allergies.

Our chauffeur service can pick you up and drop you off free of charge within the Chamonix valley.
